Let me introduce myself :)

My name is Surliani, I'm 16 years old. I'm in Citra Berkat Senior High School in grade 11, I take social majors. I made This blog for I'll tell about my project in grade 10.

"if you want something that you never had, you have to do something that you've never done"

Pasta Buah Mangga 

a typical of pasta (fettuccine) made from basic ingredients like flour, egg, and salt. But I added a puree mango into the dough. Did you imagine that? 😄 did you imagine what the taste feels like? yash, you should think about that! Before that, I'll tell you why I made this. Starting from the problem that I experienced, I have low blood pressure, so I often feel limp, dizzy, and feel like fainting. 🤦 and I have an idea to make pasta, but it made from the fruit. ya, the idea to make pasta came suddenly in my mind, so I connect my idea with my problem. And I choose a fruit that can restore blood pressure to normal again. I explored some fruits which can increase blood pressure, and I did a survey with my friend to choose which the fruits that they liked. So I get mango to add in my pasta. 

There's the result. When I give the results to be tasted, I get some feedback from my friends my mom, and my mentor & facilitator.

Here's some feedback:

    1.  My mom "the taste and the texture pretty good, but no mango taste in it. It's too salty, you should decrease the salt when you boil it."

2.     From my friends (sorry I forget how many friends are tasting it), I remember all of them said "the taste was good when you add an instant pasta sauce, but no mango taste in it"

3.      My facilitator (Mr. Agil) didn't taste it until now. I promised to bring my pasta to him when I consulted with him, unfortunately on the next day, my pasta had been stale 😭, but when SLC my mentor (Ms. Tassa) give a feedback about my presentation, she said "your presentation was good and clear, but the audiences (the parents) feel doubt to taste it, you should improve the appearance"

 I use the media to promote my project are the presentation, and I offer it to my friends. :)
